We’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in, take ownership, and help us kick off our sales operations in Germany and the UK.
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, you think on your feet, you improve processes as you go, and you’re excited about building something big from scratch.
Some sales experience – ideally including cold outreach
A hands-on attitude – you’re up for helping at trade shows, events, and whatever comes your way
Analytical thinking – you get numbers, see opportunities, and think strategically
A team player who’s also comfortable working independently
Drive to grow – you want to learn, level up, and maybe lead a team soon
Curiosity or passion for AI, Healthcare, or MedTech
Openness to explore different markets and industries
Degree or training? Cool if you have it — but what really matters is your energy and mindset
Identify and reach out to new customers in Germany and the UK
Handle cold calls, emails, follow-ups — and build your own sales pipeline
Give product demos and presentations (sometimes with medical or tech audiences)
Support trade shows and events: setup, customer talks, feedback — the full experience
Help shape our sales strategy: what works, what doesn’t, and how we can improve
Work closely with our Product, Tech, and Ops teams to bring customer insights into our roadmap
