Coming from a family with strong roots in Healthcare, Karim started his career in management consulting in UK, Portugal and Spain. He worked at C-level leading marketing and sales in Portugal, launched a socially responsible start-up in Africa and coached hundreds of professionals in the UK, Continental Europe and India. He worked at a senior executive level for 12 years at the Aga Khan Development Network.
